About Annette Borsack

With 17 years' experience as a licensed nurse, Annette Borsack, a nutrition educator specializing in nutrient therapy, has been  joyfully offering nutrition consults in North County San Diego for over 8 years.

Using natural foods and whole food supplementation, Annette has helped people conquer thyroid challenges, adrenal exhaustion, weight problems, fatigue, acute and chronic illness, hormone issues,  back pain, headaches,  and many other  ailments.

Annette is a personal consultant  with experience in private and group nutrition counseling. She regularly lectures on herbs and nutrition and holds monthly Natural Medicine Making classes at Vitality School of Healing Arts. She has been a featured speaker at the San Diego Runners Club and the National Youth Charity League.

Annette lives in La Costa with her two children, Jack Bear, age 8, and Brighton, age 6:  and  their faithful dog, Lilly.
